What  are  the  specific  objectives  of  this  work  package  and  how  do  they  contribute  to  the  general  objectives  of  the  project?

Equip Students and Employees with Digital Learning Tools:
– Develop an online platform hosting the REWIND training program and multimedia resources for self-directed learning.
– Provide accessible tools to deepen transversal skills critical for cooperatives and social enterprises in a digital context.

Develop Key Transversal Skills:
People and Talent Management: Motivate, organize, and value individuals within an organization.
Social Intelligence: Foster teamwork, group belonging, and contextual adaptability.
Decision-Making: Identify and execute optimal strategies from various alternatives.
Negotiation and Flexibility: Achieve agreements while adapting to situations.

E-Learning Platform:
– A digital platform structured according to the lesson plans developed in WP2.

Online “Business & Management” Laboratory:
– An interactive space enabling communication among learners, employees, consultants, and mentors.
– Supported by online translation tools to enhance multilingual collaboration, aligned with European language recommendations.

Distance Training Modules:
– Seven video courses, each lasting 5 hours, designed for self-directed learning.
– Focused on the transversal skills outlined, ensuring targeted skill-building.

Collaborative Design and Evaluation:
– Active involvement of Teams for Innovation and Local Groups in the design, experimentation, and evaluation phases.
– Ensures relevance and adaptability to diverse user needs.
