Interactive portal – Work package 4

What  are  the  specific  objectives  of  this  work  package  and  how  do  they  contribute  to  the  general  objectives  of  the  project?

Development of the REWIND Portal:
– Create an interactive, collaborative, and co-working platform for trainers and consultants.
– Strengthen skills for designing and delivering online courses and services dedicated to cooperative and social enterprises through three modules:
M1: Inclusive and participatory distance learning pathways.
M2: Support services for creating and consolidating social enterprises and cooperatives.
M3: Networks and strategies for social innovation in cooperatives.

Focus on Transversal Skills:
– Develop essential skills for virtual environments, including:
C1: Emotional intelligence
C2: Goal orientation
C3: Virtual collaboration.

Resource Sharing and Co-Working Space:
Provide access to models, readings, experiences, and testimonials to support training and consulting services.

Pilot Testing and Validation:
Conduct remote pilot courses followed by a test phase with beneficiaries to validate the content.

High-Quality Training Offer:
Peer review of content during transnational activities to ensure quality.

Webinar Guide and Trainer Task Force:
– Develop a guide for replicating training experiences post-project.
– Train a task force of trainers familiar with REWIND methodologies to ensure national-level dissemination and replication.

What  will  be  the  main  results  of  this  work  package?

Develop an Accessible REWIND Portal:
Integrated Platform: Hosted on the project website, providing comprehensive training and resources.

Capacity-Building for Trainers:
Training of Trainers Program:
– Focused on designing and developing online courses and services for cooperation.
– Includes 3 training modules (15 hours each) on formative planning and remote consulting services.
– Tested in Action C.1 with staff members to validate effectiveness.

Multimedia Training Resources:
– Self-directed resources focused on key transversal skills needed for virtual environments, including:
– Training, advising, and coaching during the start-up and consolidation phases of cooperative and social enterprises.
– Practical applications for remote settings.

Interactive Sharing and Co-Working Space:
– Facilitates access to additional resources and promotes interaction among professionals across Europe.
