What  are  the  specific  objectives  of  this  work  package  and  how  do  they  contribute  to  the  general  objectives  of  the  project?

This work package aims to strengthen the capacity of VET (Vocational Education and Training) professionals to support WBO (Worker Buyout) pathways and foster the adoption of cooperative models as solutions to business challenges. Its specific objectives and contributions to the project’s general goals include:

Enhanced Support for WBO Pathways:

By equipping VET professionals with tailored training tools, this work package ensures a more systematic and sustainable approach to supporting employee-driven business ownership models.
Fostering Resilient Business Models:
Promoting cooperative models addresses broader project goals of resilience and innovation in addressing business crises, lack of successors, and regeneration needs.
Modernization of Training Approaches:
The integration of ICTs and focus on upskilling aligns with the project’s overarching aim to modernize workforce training, ensuring adaptability to new economic and technological realities.
 Inclusive and Participatory Development:
Involving beneficiaries actively ensures that the solutions are practical, relevant, and responsive to real-world challenges, fostering long-term impact and ownership.

What  will  be  the  main  results  of  this  work  package?

70-Hour Modular Training Program:
7 Modules covering theory (8h), case studies (2h), and multimedia resources linked to the “Enterprise & Management” Online Laboratory.

 Key Training Themes:
– Critical/strategic thinking and data interpretation for market scenarios.
– Business and cooperative models for value creation and ownership transfer.
– Innovations in methodology, processes, and technology to enhance profitability, product diversification, and system collaboration.

Digital Resource Ecosystem:
– Multimedia tools supporting accessible, self-directed, and blended learning.

Empowerment of VET Professionals:
– Skills to support WBO pathways, employee ownership, and cooperative structures.

ICT and Innovation Focus:
– Training on digital tools for creating new products/services and fostering partnerships.
